ProFOUND Food Reads: A Book Club

You are cordially invited to be part of the ProFOUND Food Reads Book Club! We’re planning on digesting one food-related book every two months, gathering at the oh-so-cozy Blue Apples Arts and Wellness Centre to discuss, share stories, and create new friendships.

Our first book will be Michael Pollan‘s In Defense of Food, which spent six weeks as the number one book on the New York Times Non-Fiction Best Selling List! This book is available in several mediums from the Halifax Public LibrariesΒ (book, ebook, book on CD, and downloadable audio).
